Some painful acts..

Ok, there are a lot of things that I wanted to say today... when I was at work this morning, seems that today was not a busy day, and so I had the newspaper I bought and read through every page.

What I don't understand was...why must the toll rate increase every time? I thought the highway has already been done, and what happen to the money collected everyday??? Aren't those monies used for the road repairs? Aren't those collected everyday not enough for those involved to enjoy have their big bungalows?? Damn...... my impression is that greedy people just can't get enough of money..Sigh...

If talking about not enough revenues or concessionaires... well, then those unnecessary projects should be stopped and use those money instead for whatever needed to be done. Priorities...... Do they know where are the priorities should be?? That it shouldn't be in their pockets first?? Those monies are public money..people work hard for it and it ended up in the tax fund, and what do we get out of the tax paid??? Seeing other people enjoy big houses, big cars, big pockets, go holidays...and we who pay tax...ended up lucky just to get to use the bus to go to work every morning!! Sigh...Life can be so unfair sometimes...but hey, I can't blame life itself..but the human themselves..

When do we ever learn???? There are so many houses built and nobody buys.. There are so many big buildings but...not fully occupied. What do we get out of it?? Nothing. Well, don't blame the Aussie who said Malaysia Bodoh...because...I'm sorry to say, sometimes our people are not planning smart. Well....don't blame the public...blame those who are on top of the projects who are only busy thinking about making their bucks and fill up their pockets!!


Another funny thing today....
I was about to leave the workplace...there was one patient came in..unconscious, brought in my the neighbours... Well, checked on her and apparently was found to be having low blood sugar. So she was put on the drips, (poked on her hands a few times for it!!), and I waited and watched her.. I called her but she didn't wake up...or I should say didn't want to wake up. I tried opening her eyelids, and have the torch lights on, and purposely have my fingers near her eyes.hmmm...I knew I saw some eye reflexes which was to say that she was not unconscious anymore...but why did she pretend to be???? I suppose I will have to find that out tomorrow as the boss said, have her admitted and see how she is... Sigh... she is an Indonesian maid, and the neighbours claimed that her employer is out of the country, dunno whether work or vacation...either way...I am puzzled..why was she having hypoglycemia?? Low blood sugar because of not eating?? Didn't see any signs of being abused... so I don't know what was she trying to do by pretending to be unconscious for already an hour. Hmm...let see what happens tomorrow :)

And..I have more to say about today's papers.... Mat Rempits and crime rates! Well, I'll do that tomorrow :)

What yellow means...

I have been thinking for so long (years!) if I were to put my thoughts in my online diary which is what this site is all about. The Blog... For so many times I have deleted things I put in. Ok, now I am back here again with a fresh approach.(Ironically when it is almost the end of 2006!)

I was reading an email that I received recently about yellow.. "What yellow means to you". Is there actually any special meanings for National Geographics to have the yellow lines that forms a rectangle shape in the NG logo?

Some people say yellow is a sign of royalty, a sign of wealth and fortunes..and I have been thinking that probably it is because the gold is yellow. What about white gold? It is actually a white metal that doesn't go into the group of Aurum (Au) right? In the ancient time no such thing as white gold?

Yellow...the egg yolk is yellow though there are yolks that are white! Snakes don't have yellow yolks as I remembered..neither do the chicken eggs in West Africa, but probably yellow does represent birth. Hmm..now that got me thinking that even in human, the woman's womb has the yolk sac...but in ultrasound I could see it is a small sac..but...is it yellow???

I recently took a picture of what yellow means when I wanted to see it in a different spectrum. I took the picture and even let National Geographic know that it is what I see as what yellow means as well :)

Probably you would think..what so special about this picture taken at the mall?

Well, I was actually passing through, and saw this particular tree with the yellow box. I thought..if this has a meaning in relation to yellow..it probably might have. The yellow box in front of a shop which happen to be with a yellow entrance.. around the area no snow, so not white, except the tiled floor.. Yellow balls hanging on the christmas tree. Those who were involved on decorating it may not realised the blends of it. However, I find it beautiful at the time when I took the picture. I just find at that particular moment when I took the picture, that the moment was beautiful and that the yellow means something there. It means warmth in the cold (well, not actually cold of the snow but just cool from the airconditioning!!). And with a coincidence of a yellowish bench that was just next to the yellow box of the christmas tree. Won't it be nice to just sit under a tree and appreciate life as it is??
